How do I put a email address (or entire domain) on my Safelist?

Steps (in Rackspace Webmail)

  1. Log in to your mailbox at apps.rackspace.com.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click your email address.

  3. Choose Settings.

  4. In the left panel, click Spam Settings.

  5. Click the Safelist tab.

  6. Click Add.

  7. Enter the email address (e.g., <?php
    name    @example.com
    ?>    ) or a domain (e.g., <?php
    example    .com
    ?>    ).

  8. Click Add, then Save.

After that, emails from that address or domain should be delivered to your Inbox instead of Spam.

✔ Tip: If you want to allow all emails from a company, enter just the domain (like <?php
oregonlive.com
?>) instead of each address.
