Domains
I purchased my domain through my own registrant service provider, how can I make my site go live when I am ready?
Follow these important steps for making your site is live:
1. Login to your current domain manager (i.e. Go Daddy, Bluehost, Network Solutions, Doteasy etc)
2. Change your Nameservers to:
ns.rackspace.com
ns2.rackspace.com
*IMPORTANT NOTE-If you have an email address associated with this domain, please be aware that your email will go down once you change your nameservers from your current host over to us. Please make sure before changing your nameservers that you save all important email contacts and emails to transfer to your new email account.
Step 2: Submit a support ticket through your Web Builder Dashboard that you are ready to go live. Also include any email accounts that you would like for us to set up for you. We will begin the process of making your site live within 24 hours.
