How do I update the name servers for my domain with GoDaddy?

Please Note: This process will result in the loss of any e-mails or hosting attached to your GoDaddy account.

  1. Login to your GoDaddy Account
  2. Go to your "Domain Manager"
  3. Find the appropriate Domain and check the checkbox next to it.
  4. Find the "Nameservers" Button and click it to get a drop down (It has a stacked coin icon).
  5. From the dropdown, click "Set Nameservers"
  6. From the options Choose "I have specific nameservers for my domains."
  7. In the first two fields provided enter "NS.RACKSPACE.COM" and "NS2.RACKSPACE.COM" (If there is anything in the other fields provided, clear them)
  8. Click "OK"

Please Note: Nameserver changes can take up to 24hrs to propagate across the web.
