How do I update the name servers for my domain with GoDaddy?
Please Note: This process will result in the loss of any e-mails or hosting attached to your GoDaddy account.
- Login to your GoDaddy Account
- Go to your "Domain Manager"
- Find the appropriate Domain and check the checkbox next to it.
- Find the "Nameservers" Button and click it to get a drop down (It has a stacked coin icon).
- From the dropdown, click "Set Nameservers"
- From the options Choose "I have specific nameservers for my domains."
- In the first two fields provided enter "NS.RACKSPACE.COM" and "NS2.RACKSPACE.COM" (If there is anything in the other fields provided, clear them)
- Click "OK"
Please Note: Nameserver changes can take up to 24hrs to propagate across the web.
