How do I move my domain name away from your service?
To cancel your account please submit a support ticket through your Web Builder Dashboard. We will unlock your domain and email you the authorization code you will need to transfer your services to another provider. When a domain transfer is processed, we delete all of the content from the account. This includes emails, files and databases. Please confirm you have backed up all necessary files to your own computer before we cancel the domain and account.
