Q. Why did I get a renewal notice for my domain name? I thought as part of my package that you automatically renew my domain for me.

If you are receiving a renewal notice, most likely your domain is not registered with us. But BEWARE there are lots of domain renewal scams that go around via email. Just to be safe, please submit a support ticket from your Web Builder Dashboard to us so that we can verify that your domain does in fact need to be renewed. Someone from our domain management team will contact you shortly.
